Hi there all,Just joined to drop you all a note to say that the legendary Jerry dammers will be playing with the Trojan Sound System on the 29TH OF NOVEMBER AT THE HULL CITY HALL , thats this sunday Tickets are only a fiver and are available from the box office, tel 01482 226655 i work at a young peoples resource centre and this is gonna be our third annual LOVE MUSIC HATE RACISM EVENT,also on the night there will be performances from KANO,THECHAPMAN FAMILY,DEAD KIDS, LYKEZ AND TINIE TEMPER, We had neville staple last year and that was an amazing night ..preciate the use of the space hope too see you there if you can pass this info on to other clubs please do ...cheers

hi all at whitby sc just to let you know we will be having a do both fri and sat night at the revelstoke hotel in bridlington the weekend of the brid rally, FRI NIGHT the 30th we have THE SPECTRA(ska)band playing, and SAT NIGHT the 31st we have TRUE BRIT(MOD.SKA) plus top DJ mick west, both nights. tickets are £3.50 each night, or pay on the door.cheers hope to see you all there and may all your scooter rides be breakdown free,cheers jamie brid sc.

Could'nt believe my eyes! looking at scooters with a work collegue (just got his first scooter) when came upon this site, hats off to Freddie for keeping the faith well done and keep it going. left Whitby 22 years ago and still missing the crack?

Memories! Myself and a few other lads (David Laws, Tim Argument, Dave Brown, Barry Brown I think) formed Whitby Chrometops back in 1973 and at our height we had about 10 or 12 members. Not half as well organised as the current club but we had some fun. I was at Scarborough Tech' and crossed those moors in all weather for 18 months, first on my GP150 then on my pride and joy, a red GP200.
Remember very well our first trek from Scarborough to Wigan Casino with 2 other lads and we all broke down. It was the bus after that.
I might have some photos somewhere. I'll have a rummage around.
It's great as a 52 year old grandad to see the faith being kept so well. Keep up the good work.
