WHITBY AUTO RUN 2006 is organised by PAUL ROBINSON of WAKEFIELD,big well done and thanks to him.
We set of from stakesby arms,at 10.00.NEIL,STOZZY & HAYLEY,JOHN,RACHAEL,NODDY,JAN,PAUL,OTTO AND ANDREW.
Looked like rain so it were waterproofs on and of we went,got to car park at HOLE OF HORCUM,to wait for JOHN & RACHAEL(she has`nt done much riding yet).JOHN came belting along the road only to tell us poor RACHAEL had,had an accident.We went to see what had happenned to her and make sure she was ok. (thankfully she was) just a few bruises and a battered ego.As she was coming up SALTERSGATE BANK she got to the corner a little too fast and did`nt turn went over to the other side of the road up the grass bank,front wheel went up,RACHAEL fell into the middle of the road,luckily the road was clear of traffic and so she just got up and walked to the side of the road.(with luck like that RACHAEL you must be due a lottery win.)
We set of again minus JOHN & RACHAEL
By now CUCKOO had caught us up,and so onward to PICKERING.Were we were to meet BRIDLINGTON SC,PICKERING SC,and SCARBOROUGH CASTLE COASTERS sc + This was the stop of point,for THE WHITBY AUTO RUN.
All in all a really good day out.Hope everyone got home in one piece,even saw someone with a groundhogs t-shirt on,dont no your name didnt get chance to ask but hope you had a good day.
